Just Like Flies

I've been on a Spider-Man kick lately, and that includes playing a lot of the Spider-Man 2 game. My favorite move in that is still the web hang-up. It's just classic Spider-Man, I only wish there was some kind of photography mechanic in it. So this is an extension of that train of thought.

This is the end result of the Wireframe step. My process comes a great deal from DC Comics Guide to Digitally Create Comics, by Freddie E. Williams, II. Wireframes would be a close approximation to pencils, all dead lines, just to set the image up. I might go and ink this sometime, but I need to get back to Defenders of the Gene, so for now, here you go. Ink/color/whatever to your hearts desire. Oh, and pick up the digitally drawing comics book, it's absolutely great.

Heaps of time, because, damn, webbing can choke on air for all I care. In an alternate universe where I would be able to draw Spider-man, I hope I had enough sense to do the webs in a way that looked better and didn't eat time like this did.
